- A moderated panel discussion of members who wear both hats as Event Organizers and
Performers/Support Service Providers. - Panelists from Canada and the US will provide a unique perspective of seeing both sides of the issues. Their experiences are enlightening and entertaining.
- A question-and-answer time will follow the prepared discussion.

3:30pm The Art of Showmanship and crafting a different show experience
- A presentation by an Bill Barber Showmanship Award Winner and an Event Organizer who is changing the timetable and model of air shows!
4:30pm- New and Improved Facetime
- Introduced last year, this is the time of the day when Event Organizers get to meet Performers/Event Service Providers for one on one (team) discussions.
- There will be 15 5-minute sessions during this 90-minute session.
- A countdown clock will be displayed on the screen.
- All scheduling will be online and will be closed at the end of the lunch break.
- Event Organizers will be provided with a list of who has scheduled time with them along with table tents to aid people connecting with each other.
