• A presentation about the impact of Glitter Freckles and Super Spenders on Events and Travel
• A question-and-answer time will follow the prepared discussion.

11:30am- ICAS Update-in the Grand Ball Room at the Conference Center – John Cudahy

1:30pm Did Lightning Strike Twice in New Jersey? A presentation by Tim Wagner an Event Organizer who changed his traditional schedule air show into 3 night air shows! n the Grand Ball Room at the Conference Center

2pm- Breakouts (rooms to be determined)

2-3pm Canadian Producers Invite Only Meeting (attended in person only by invited Airshow Producers and Board members)

2-3 pm Canadian Show Crew Breakouts
1 CAD Demo Briefings for those that didn’t attend ICAS

2-3pm US Event Organizers–

3:30pm- Care and Feeding of Volunteers & Staff in the Grand Ball Room at the Conference Center Featured Presenter Colin Stephenson

4:30pm- New and Improved Facetime

• This is the time of the day when Event Organizers get to meet Performers/Event Service Providers for one on one (team) discussions.
• There will be 8 8-minute sessions during this 90-minute session.
  • A countdown clock will be displayed on the screen.
• All scheduling will be online and will be closed at the end of the lunch break.
• Event Organizers will be provided with a list of who has scheduled time with them along with table tents to aid people connecting with each other.

7pm Introduction of 2025 Board Members and Dinner

• This will be an open discussion about air show layout “from the fence back” including:

• Vendor & Chalet placement
• Chalet placement
• Emergency lanes
• GA area
• VIP access
• And many others
