Annual NECAS membership is $35 per person (January 1st to December 31st).
- NECAS welcomes all individuals involved in the air show industry to join NECAS. Our geographic area focuses on the area east of the Mississippi River in the U.S., and Ontario-eastwards in Canada, although you can be located anywhere to join.
- Individuals must be an active member of NECAS in order to attend the annual Conference.
- Active members receive a voting right at the annual Conference.
- Annual Conference fees are over-and-above membership fees, and are a separate purchase transaction.
- At the 2016 NECAS Conference, a motion was raised by the Board of Directors and passed by the membership to change the NECAS membership structure. Members are now individuals, not organizations.
- Cancellation Policy: Membership Fees are not refundable. Conference Registration Fees are refundable (minus the Annual Membership Fee and a 20% service fee) up to 12 days before the scheduled date. After that point we have committed to the meals and other resources for the conference and cannot refund any fees.
- All membership applications for NECAS are to be reviewed by the region’s Membership Committee. The Membership Committee shall evaluate applications based on the applicant’s experience and current or planned involvement in the air show community. Additionally, the Membership Committee shall consider whether the applicant has engaged in any actions which may conflict with the region’s objectives or interests or violate its bylaws or ethics policy.
- Decisions made by the Membership Committee and endorsed by the region’s Board of Directors are final and may not be appealed.
